Booking
Instant Book confirms your booking immediately upon payment without needing host approval. Choose an Instant Book property if you want quick confirmation.

Request to Book is confirmed after the host reviews and accepts your request. Hosts must respond within 24 hours. If they don't respond in time, the booking is automatically cancelled and you receive a full refund.
Instant Book is confirmed as soon as payment is completed.

Request to Book is confirmed once you complete payment after the host accepts. You will be notified via app notification and email.
After booking is confirmed, the host will send check-in instructions via message. If you encounter any issues on the day of arrival, contact your host via app message or reach out to customer support.
Exceeding the maximum number of guests set for the property is not permitted. If you need to change the number of guests, please contact your host in advance. Unauthorized excess guests can be grounds for cancellation and a damage claim.
Payment
We support credit and debit cards (domestic and international Visa, Mastercard, and local cards). Card payments are processed securely via Payple.
Instant Book: Payment is charged immediately when you submit the booking.

Request to Book: Payment is processed within 24 hours after the host accepts. If you don't pay within the deadline, the booking is automatically cancelled.
Go to Profile → Payment Management → Payment History to view and download individual receipts.
Your available coupons are automatically displayed during the payment step. Select the coupon you want to apply and the discount will be deducted immediately. Only one coupon can be applied per booking.
Cancellation & Refund
Go to Bookings → Booking Details → tap the 'Cancel Booking' button. Cancellations are only possible before check-in, and the refund amount depends on the property's cancellation policy.
You can find it in the 'Cancellation Policy' section at the bottom of the property detail page. Policies vary by property (Flexible, Moderate, Strict, etc.) — always check before booking.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days after cancellation. This may take a bit longer depending on your card issuer's processing schedule.
If the host cancels, you will receive a full refund. Wehome strictly limits arbitrary host cancellations, and hosts who cancel repeatedly will face penalties.
Property
Yes. Wehome is a government-recognized home-sharing regulatory sandbox company. All registered properties are certified and fully legal accommodations. You can use them with confidence.
Wehome reviews can only be written by guests who have actually completed a booking and payment. Fake reviews are reviewed and removed immediately upon report.
You can check smoking and pet policies in the 'Amenities' section of the property detail page. You can also filter your search to show only properties that match your requirements.
Account
Wehome is a domestic home-sharing special-exception service that requires identity verification to ensure the safety of both guests and hosts. Verification information is not used for any purpose other than booking confirmation.
Tap 'Forgot Password' at the bottom of the login screen. A reset link will be sent to the email address you used to sign up.
Upon account deletion, all data including your profile, wishlist, and messages will be deleted. Deletion may be restricted if you have active bookings. Once deleted, recovery is not possible.
