Please check once more if you left any missing belongings. The trash and the used towel must be taken.

[House rules]
1 face towel and body towel per person.
Put the used towel to the laundry basket before your check-out.

Room cleaning every weekend normally, let us know if you don’t want we get inside. You can clean your room with the cleaning tools at the guest table by yourself also.

We do recycling in culture. You must divide your trash to Paper, plastic, can, wrapping materials, glass and the general garbage. And put them to the recycle bin at the front door 4f.
Please dispose the food waste to the food waste bin at sink in the kitchen.

Filtered water and the coffee machine in the kitchen for free. You can refrigerator for the quests.

Restroom divided to 2, lower floor for male, upper floor for female. But, may be flexible in case you’re the only guest.

We have 2 washing machines, Big one and the small one. Anyone can be in your purpose.

UrbanExit Homestay

UrbanExit Gangnam located at the center of Gangnam downtown area. If you visit my fashionable place, you will feel the unique atmosphere of Seoul city. Because you can see the beautiful night and sunny day light scenery watching at the back of the skyscraper. Yeoksam stn 3 min. Gangnam stn 7 min. Coex Sinsa-dong, Jamsil Lotte world within 15 min. No party. Host live in the house with a cutie dog. Like Hostel but private in the room. Airbus 6020 6020-1 to Incheon airport, Airbus 6000 to Gimpo airport. 80-100 min upon the traffic condition. The host stays in the house. We are pleased to serve you. We have a small dog used to sleep all day and no bite. Either you like communicate with us or stay and relax with privacy, I respect you.
