Please avoid loud phone calls or playing music.
Do not operate the boiler; only the manager is allowed to do so.
Please eat food only in the dining room.
Do not leave personal belongings in the lounge. The management is not responsible for any lost items.
Shoe Rack
Always keep the area tidy for other residents.
Do not place your shoes in any shoe rack other than the one assigned to you.
CCTV is installed for monitoring. Please inform us if you experience any inconvenience.
Kitchen
When storing items in the refrigerator, be sure to label them with your room number and storage period.
Food without labels or past its expiration date will be discarded. (The management is not responsible for discarded items.)
Do not heat foods in the microwave that are unsuitable for microwave use.
Please clean the rice cooker after use.

한강이 보이고, 직접 가는데도 큰 문제가 없는 거리라 산책하기에 매우 좋았습니다.
시설도 매우 훌륭하고, 세탁기, 건조기등으로 세탁도 가능하였습니다.
또한 샤워장이 4개로 파티션이 나눠져있었습니다.
추가로 지급되는 바우쳐로 카페 음료 할인이나 헬스장 이용이 가능하여
건물내에 다양한 시설도 체험할수 있었습니다.
