Prohibited Actions

Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire building.
Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
Visitors other than registered residents are strictly prohibited from entering the house.
Lounge

Please avoid loud phone calls or playing music.
Do not operate the boiler; only the manager is allowed to do so.
Please eat food only in the dining room.
Do not leave personal belongings in the lounge. The management is not responsible for any lost items.
Shoe Rack

Always keep the area tidy for other residents.
Do not place your shoes in any shoe rack other than the one assigned to you.
CCTV is installed for monitoring. Please inform us if you experience any inconvenience.
Kitchen

When storing items in the refrigerator, be sure to label them with your room number and storage period.
Food without labels or past its expiration date will be discarded. (The management is not responsible for discarded items.)
Do not heat foods in the microwave that are unsuitable for microwave use.
Please clean the rice cooker after use.
Do not place items on shelves other than the one assigned to you.
Laundry Room

Washing machines and dryers located in the hallway are available for use free of charge.
Bring your own laundry supplies, such as detergent and fabric softener.
Avoid using the laundry room between 11 PM and 6 AM to prevent noise disturbances.
Do not overload the machines or operate them with items that cannot be washed.
