House rules will be strictly enforced. Please make sure everyone on the reservation to read them.

- No Shoes in the House
- No Smoking (If there's a smell of smoking inside, I will call the special cleaning service and you will be charged of the special smoke smell removal service, which can be up to $1,000 plus, if necessary, replacing mattress and other things that absorbed smell and whatever the cost of having to refund the next reservation. So my message is clear. Do not smoke in the apartment)
- No Pets
- No partying
- No day/overnight visitors.
- No commercial, professional filming/shooting allowed unless explicitly agreed upon in advance.
- No loud music or noise after 10 pm and no running in the apartment. Please be considerate of others in the building.
- This is a residential building. Please be quiet in the common areas(such as the elevator area and corridors) in the building and be considerate of others in the building.
- Everything in the apartment is for use in the apartment only so do not take anything from the apartment.
- Do not move around the furniture - if you have any reason that you'd have to do that you need to get my permission first
- Please remember that this is a private apartment, not a hotel. I kindly ask you to use the facilities with care and report any broken items/facilities so that I can have it fixed for the next guest
- Children are welcome, but children of all ages(including infants and toddlers) count as 'people' and must be included in the paid guest count(either adults or children).
- Extra guest fee after the 12th guest is USD100 per guest per day.
- There are four queen-sized beds. If you need additional beds(up to four rollaway beds), they must be requested at the time of booking or won't be available.
- When you leave, please turn off the lights, heating system, air conditioner, and close the door.

This 3-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment is right at the heart of tourist hub - including Seoul Station(5min), Namdaemun(3 min), Myeongdong(12min), City Hall(5min), Cheonggyecheon(1 station away by subway), Hongdae·Dongdaemoon(15min by subway).

There's also beautiful Seosomoon Park right across the street so you can take a walk every morning or night and refreshes your day.

It's close to two subway stations - Seoul Station(line 1, 4, AREX) and City Hall Station(line 1 and 2). They are all within 5-10 minute walking distance.

Check in

- I usually meet with every guest for check in. I'll let you know detailed information once you make a reservation.

- If you make a reservation the day before or on your arrival day, the earliest possible check in time might be later than 3pm. I'll try to let you check in as early as possible, but please make sure to let me know your preferred arrival time as soon as possible :)

Security and Privacy

- The apartment is a single apartment, so I can guarantee your privacy, with nobody to bother you.

- Access to the accommodations is available 24 hours, and security guards are always stationed in the lobby, so you don't have to worry about safety.

- There is an intercom inside the apartment so you can check the visitor from inside the house
