House rules

1. Do not visit other than reserved people (check out immediately without any refund)
2. Smoking prohibited (There is a separate smoking area inside the yard)
3. No parties and no noise (check out immediately without any refund when reporting a civil complaint)
4. No damage to the accommodation (guest will be charged for damage to the wallpaper or damage to the pick-up, such as attaching balloons to the wallpaper).
5. No smelly cooking (thank you for your understanding for next guests)
6. If the bedding and towel are damaged, KRW 10,000 for each bedding/ KRW 5,000 for each towel, or in severe cases, a re-purchase fee will be charged.
* Damage has occurred too frequently and has been forced to be taken.
7. Pet are allowed (Please add as number of people)
