It boasts the best facilities in Gyeongin-Incheon area. Everything is in the space. When it's cold, I swim indoors, and when it's hot, I swim outdoors without being disturbed. It's like a party room with the latest karaoke facilities and a cinema for birthday parties. A fireplace enhances the atmosphere. There is a separate kitchen and dining area. You can have a BBQ on the electric grill while swimming on the roof. Watching the children play well. We do not use charcoal and have prepared an electric grill. The swimming pool size is 6 meters × 4.5 meters, and the water depth is 1 meter. Please put things back in place and ask children to be careful of glass and slipping. Please do not graffiti on the wall, use it cleanly, and ask the manager for confirmation when you leave. We would appreciate it if you could dispose of food waste outside on the first floor. It can accommodate up to 8 people.
House Rule
Let's talk about the accommodation rules. 1. You can enter our accommodation only after payment has been made in full. 4. The maximum number of people is 8 and the price is the same. 3. Pets are not allowed. 4. The rooftop swimming pool is open from April to October. It is separate when using the facility fee. 5. Use of the indoor karaoke room is until 9pm. I beg you. 6. Check-in is after 3pm and check-out is before 11am. The fee is 30,000 won for every 30 minutes. 7. The access password changes frequently, so we will notify you when you check-in on the same day. 8. Since our accommodation is not a hotel, it is a condo-like place, so we ask that you clean up your personal belongings, clean up your kitchen, dispose of your food waste in a designated place, and separate collection after using the accommodation. 9. Breakfast is not provided.

세심하게 배려해주신 덕분에 정말 좋은 여행이었습니다
숙소는 침구, 샴푸 린스 등 하나하나 신경쓰신 티가 많이 났고 실내에 히노끼탕, 수영장은 아이들이 너무 좋아했네요
노래방에서 노래도하고 심심할틈 없이 꽉채워 잘 놀다갑니다
참고로 주변에 편의점이나 마트는 없어서 간식을 잘 챙겨가시는 걸 추천드려요
