Tata House is located between Hongdae Station and Yeontral Park. This is a typical Korean-style house where the middle class of Korea lives. It is a spacious house with an interior of about 44 pyeong and has 4 large rooms and 2 bathrooms. Our house is very spacious, and it is a very comfortable house even for long-term residents with a lot of luggage. - 1 out of 4 rooms will be used exclusively. - In Yeontral Park, you can experience various cultures of young people, and there are various unique shops, restaurants, performances, things to see, and things to enjoy. - There is a large 24-hour convenience store 50 meters from the house, which is convenient even in the middle of the night. - Tata House is a tourist destination, but it is located in a typical Korean residential area, so it is the best location to experience Korea. - You can walk directly to Hongdae Station Exit 2. For those who are unable to find it, we will go directly to the subway station and pick it up. - In the spacious living room, there are separate sofas and tables for chatting, and an office table that makes it easy to work from home. -The separate kitchen has a wide dining table, water purifier, coffee maker, various cooking utensils and tableware, wine glasses, etc. - There is a separate laundry room with a Samsung washing machine and clothes dryer. -The bedroom is very large, with two super single beds, a closet, and a desk/dressing table. - The super single bed has lights and outlets inside the head, so it's good for charging cell phones or laptops, and there's a drawer, so it's good for storage like a closet, so it's very good for long-term residence. - Tata House is a house that is cleaned and managed by the owner himself, providing the best cleanliness and service.
