There is a cleaning time, so please let us know in advance if the checkout is delayed.
We will let you know the additional amount per hour if you make an inquiry


-Cleaning fee is the minimum cost for bedding washing

-No smoking in the entire building

Please don't eat on the bed
Compensation may be charged for damages caused by bedding contamination, wallpaper, and property damage.


-Please notify the party in advance
It's a multi-generation villa, not a party room, so it can cause damage to neighbors or cause noise late at night
It's impossible to party. Other than that, birthday parties and anniversaries are possible, so please tell us in advance


- Please let the host know in advance if you are filming for submission or Instagram sales other than personal possession


- Be careful of excessive noise
(Because the surrounding area is a residential area, I played music loudly for my neighbors, or ran around,
Please refrain from talking loudly until late at night with the window open.)


- Be careful of event items such as balloons attached to the wall.
(If the wallpaper is damaged, you may be charged for the wallpaper.
Please use it for curtains as much as possible, and please clean up after using party supplies.)


- If you report a resident, dispute with other residents, or violate quarantine rules, you will be discharged immediately.
(In case of forced exit due to violation of accommodation regulations, the accommodation fee is not refunded.)


- Pets are not allowed (if caught, they will be checked out)
