hello. This is JAMIE HOUSE #3. Newly remodeled, you can stay as comfortable as at home in a more spacious, clean, and sophisticated space! It will be the perfect space for guests to spend a long time alone or with their family. The living room with a large dining table that can seat 6 people and a comfortable sofa is enough to work or relax, and the room has a comfortable queen size bed for a good night's sleep. Each room and living room are air-conditioned, allowing you to stay comfortably in a separate space. Each room has a large window, so it is a space where you can spend comfortably without feeling stuffy!! Towels are generously provided in western sizes.
House Rule
** No one other than the number of people reserved is allowed to enter! ** ☆Please refrain from excessive noise after 9pm. Our house is not a party house. From PM 9 to AM 9 is the time to be considerate of neighbors. * In the event of a complaint, you may be moved out without refund! * Outsiders other than the number of people reserved are prohibited from entering! * Smoking is prohibited indoors! (If there is a smell of cigarettes in the house, a cleaning fee of 200,000 won is charged) -Please close the outer door, middle door, and windows well. - Smoking is prohibited indoors. - Avoid cooking food with a strong smell. (ex, grilling pork belly may cause inconvenience to the next guest) -Please do not put anything in the toilet bowl. - When you go outside, turn off the power of home appliances. -Please wash used tableware and dishes. -Please separate garbage and recycling.

We stayed here for a week and it was a lovely place in a relatively quiet neighborhood of Seoul. There are nice parks and shops within close walking distance. The host is very responsive.

경유지 이스탄불에서 예상치 못한 폭설로 일정이 변경되었으나 호스트께서 배려해 주신 덕분에 자가격리를 잘 마칠 수 있었습니다~
숙소 내부도 청결하고, 따뜻했으며 무엇보다 호스트께서 친절하셔서 자가격리 기간이 좋은 추억으로 남을거 같습니다.
