[House rules]
1. This building is a non-smoking zone. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
2. Please do not use an electronic device with wet hands. Especially, be careful when using a hair dryer in the bathroom.
3. Do not place any objects on the induction cooktop as there is a high risk of fire. Please make sure to turn off the power after using it.
4. You are not allowed to use products that pose a fire hazard such as portable gas stoves, candles, fireworks, and lighters.
5. Please turn off all power such as AC and TV when leaving the premises.
6. If a fire occurs due to the tenant's negligence, the tenant is responsible for compensating for any damages.
7. Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
8. Pets are not allowed. In the event of being caught, a cleaning fee of up to 100,000 korean won may be charged.
