1. Pets and smoking prohibited Pets are not allowed, all indoor spaces are non-smoking areas (If pets enter or smoke indoors, you will be immediately removed from the room) 2. Please take off your shoes indoors. 3. Please use the dining table for food intake. Please be aware that food may contaminate bedding if you consume food in bed. 4. Be careful about noise. It is located in a residential area, so please be careful not to cause damage to your neighbors with excessive noise. 5. Be careful of contamination and damage to facilities. Please note that loss costs due to contamination or damage to facilities may be charged.

There is a convenience store within a minute's walk, so you can conveniently buy snacks and beer :)

Also, cook the food you want in the spacious kitchen

You can spend a cozy time with your lovers, friends, and family in pretty bowls and wine glasses.

It provides a beam projector. We kindly guide you on how to connect in detail, so you can log into OTT services with the guest's ID such as YouTube, Netflix, Wave, TVing, Watcha, Disney Plus, and Coupang Play.

* a neighborhood near one's quarters

It is located in a cozy semi-basement area, so you are free from noise complaints, but please be careful for other residents after 10 o'clock. We also share stairs with our accommodation, so don't be surprised if there are often signs of popularity outside the front door.

* Laundry

There are drum washers and dryers inside the property. If you need laundry during your stay, you can use it comfortably.

* Parking guide

You can park 24 hours a day for free inside the building. It's not designated parking, so you can park in an empty seat comfortably.
