If a fine is imposed due to a complaint reported by a neighbor, the cost will be charged to the customer through Airbnb's compensation system, so please pay special attention. 1. Be careful of noise. Cooking with a lot of odor, such as grilling meat, is prohibited. Simple cooking is possible, but please refrain from cooking odorous food as it may be a nuisance to other guests as the odor does not go away easily even after cleaning. 3. Smoking is prohibited within the building. Smoking is also prohibited on the terrace, and please smoke outside the building. There is a 100,000 won fine for violation. 4. Information and precautions for other compensation costs - Be sure to avoid getting food and cosmetics on bedding. - Please be careful not to get food or foreign substances on the rugs in your accommodation. - You will be charged for damage to furniture and items in the accommodation, so please use them with care. - If it does not come off even after washing, separate compensation costs may apply.
