Upon completing your reservation, you agree to all house rules. ※ Precautions • When checking in, be sure to check the accommodation information guide provided in the accommodation. • We are not responsible for safety accidents or lost items caused by guest negligence. • You are responsible for compensation for damage, contamination or loss of all indoor and outdoor property and furniture, and recovery and replacement costs and business loss costs are also charged. • Separate food and general and recyclable waste before disposing of them. • As it is close to the park, mosquitoes may enter the room if the window on the side without a screen is opened. • There are stairs right in front of the front door, so be careful of falling when going out or checking out. • When going out or checking out, pull the front door all the way to activate the lock before leaving. (If the front door is not close enough, the lock will not work properly. Please be careful as there is a risk of losing items, etc.) • Please use the boiler as set. Hot water for the sink and bathroom is always supplied without any separate settings. ※Prohibitions • No loud noise other than domestic noise after 10 p.m. (If reports or complaints are made due to loud noise such as loud voices, loud music, or parties after the designated time, you will be asked to leave the room immediately without refund.) • Smoking indoors is absolutely prohibited. • No dyeing allowed in the accommodation. • No pets allowed. • No use of open flames indoors or outdoors (candles, scented candles, firecrackers, etc.) • No eating or drinking on the bed (if bedding is contaminated, washing and replacement costs will be charged)
