- For the comfort and convenience of all neighbors, Cozygarden has "Quiet Time" from 9pm to 6am.

- We ask our guests to be respectful of your neighbors.
No smoking, No taking pictures for commercial purposes.No animals except service animals.
If a noise complaint occurs, or the number of guests is exceeded, all guests will be evicted from the cozygarden without any refund. For the aforementioned reasons, you are not allowed to do something which can cause big noises, such as parties, inviting people, being too drunk, talking and singing too loudly and running.

- If you hurt yourself due to the negligence it is not our responsibility.


- I would appreciate if you are careful of using commodities in Cozygarden
You have to compesate the commodity of the accomodation, if you damage them.


- You can freely use the kitchen but please leave the product you used in the place where it used to be. Please keep the place tidy. After ventilation, you should close the window, due to the nature of surrounding environment, bugs and insects may occasionally appear. We have hired experts to carry out regular quarantine, but please note that complete quarantine is difficult. Therefore, except for ventilation, please close all windows, screens, and front doors in each room. Refunds are not possible due to insect infestation.

- You can cook food gives keep unpleasant smell, as long as you open the windows and ventilate well after cooking.
However, you are not allowed to eat in all bedrooms. After using kitchen, I ask for your cooperation to keep Cozygarden tidy ,please do the dishes.

- Check in time is 3:00pm. Check out time is 11:00am.

Cozygarden: A comfortable greenery garden in Busan

I'm so glad to share my comfortable place 'Cozygarden'.

It has comfy and airy vibes, which make you easy to have enough rest.

While staying here, i would appreciate that you can recharge your energy and unwind.

For your relaxation, I decorated this place with neutral tone furniture that makes your eyes more comfortable. The special motto for Cozygarden is your chillax.

Cozygarden can accommodate 1~6 individuals.

You are provided full-furnitured kitchen, 3 queen size beds, a big table for dining and necessary toiletries.

All bedding fabrics are high quality comaza, so that you can get a good night's sleep.

I will set it up according to the number of guest, so I would appreciate if you be careful of the number of guests, when you make a reservation.

In the primary bedroom. there is a 40 inch TV. You can use korean TV channels and ott services such as Netlix, Watcha and Youtube. This service can be used through Mibox.

Moreover, there is two big closets and a couple of closet hangers, which make it easy to hang your thick or big hang clothes that take a lot of space.

In the bathroom, you are available to use necessary toiletries such as body wash, shampoo,

mini-soap, toothpaste. Furthermore, you can use a hairdryer and curling iron. Therefore, you will feel so comfortable, even if you visit Busan for a long trip.

Cozygarden is an old small Apt. Some of you can feel uncomfortable, since there is no elevator.
