MODERN HOUSE is a space located in a new building a 3-minute walk from Seoul Station. Enjoy an evening in Seoul in the sensuous interior and private terrace, created by the furniture designer host. This accommodation is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, kitchen, and air conditioner, and is cleaned by a professional hotel cleaning company to provide a pleasant environment and clean bedding. ■ Space - Configuration: 1 living room / 2 bedrooms / 1 bathroom / kitchen / outdoor terrace (+4 people table) - Number of people: 1 ~ maximum 4 people - The entire house can be used exclusively, and there is a private entrance. - Security: There is double security with a common entrance where you must enter a password and a front door to the accommodation. ■ Amenities - LG StanbyME (Rollable Smart Touch Screen) - Private terrace with table for 4 - Elevator - Full options: TV, washing machine, kitchen, air conditioner, heating, etc.
