You must make a reservation with the host in advance to use it. (Please understand that the parking space is shared with other accommodations, so only one car can be parked per day on a first-come, first-served basis. Please use special slippers in the garden. * Please be sure to turn off the power to the refrigerator when going out. * The property is located in a quiet residential area. Please be careful of noisy drinking parties late at night that may disturb your neighbors. - Simple events are possible at any time. Avoid using balloons that explode with silver foil or dust. - Cooking and noisy drinking parties are not allowed in the yard, but picnics with brunch are possible. * Candles are props, so no use of fire * Pets not allowed * No dyeing allowed in the accommodation * No eating or drinking on bedding or rugs * There are many cats living around the accommodation. Please understand that you may hear loud cat noises from the roof. * For guest safety, please make sure to close the gate at all times :) - In the case of long-stay guests, if utility bills (gas, electricity, water) are excessively higher than the average of the past three months, the excess cost will be charged to the guest. **There are about 10 gentle stairs.
