Welcome to our cozy home! We are delighted to have you stay with us. Below, you'll find important information to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
1. Check-In/Out:
Check-In: 3:00 pm
Check-Out: 12:00 pm
We hope you've had a wonderful stay at FAM HOUSE! As we prepare for our next guests, we kindly ask that you adhere to the check-out time mentioned in our welcome note.
However, we understand that sometimes plans may change, and you may need a little more time. If you find yourself needing a later check-out, please don't hesitate to reach out to us in advance. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, depending on our schedule.
Your cooperation ensures a smooth transition for everyone, and we appreciate your understanding.

2. Basic Rules:
- Please keep the room and furniture clean.
- After 11:00 PM No parties, excessive drinking, or cooking strong-smelling foods.
- No outsiders allowed without prior approval.
- Strictly no smoking
- Respect neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum.
- Kindly take off shoes before entering.
- Turn off electronics when going out and upon check-out.
3. Boiler:
Dear Guest,
To ensure your comfort during your stay at FAM HOUSE, the host has already set up the boiler. If you find the house cold in the winter, please follow these steps:
Check the boiler located in the kitchen.
If there is no display on the screen, contact the host immediately.
Additionally, if you encounter any issues with hot water, please contact the host promptly.
Your comfort is our priority, and we will resolve any concerns right away. Don't hesitate to reach out if you need assistance with the boiler or any other aspect of your stay.
We want to make sure your experience is warm and enjoyable!
4. Washing Machine:
Dear Guest,
Please note that our house does not have a separate washing machine. However, if you head downhill from the house, you'll find a convenient coin laundry room right next to the coffee shop.
If you wish to use the coin laundry room, please contact the host in advance. We'll provide you with the necessary information on how to use the facilities.
Your comfort and convenience are important to us, and we're here to assist with any arrangements you may need.
5. Gas Range/Induction: - Safety guidelines and usage instructions in the kitchen.
There are total of 3 ports on the gas stove, and you are welcome to use all three.
However, as a precautionary measure, we kindly request that you refrain from using the port closest to the wall.
Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated as we prioritize safety in our home.

6 Waste :
- General Waste:
Please dispose of general waste in the white bin located in the kitchen.
- Recycling (Plastic, Paper, Cans, Glass, etc.):
Utilize the recycling bins beneath the Ireland-style table for items like plastic, paper, cans, and glass. Your commitment to recycling is highly appreciated.
- Food Waste:
Dispose of food waste in the food waste bin under the kitchen sink.
Your cooperation in proper waste disposal not only keeps our home tidy but also contributes to a greener environment.
