Description
It is a comfortable and quiet accommodation with a cute and clean atmosphere based on white.
There are two parks near my house where you can take a light walk and relax.
I wash bedding and towels every time
It has neat white utensils and basic cookware, perfect for long stays.
You can watch Netflix and YouTube on your smart TV.
Our accommodation is located 3 minutes away from Daecheong Station on Subway Line 3

This is a really quiet residential area.
If you enjoy partying or drinking excessively, this is not the place for you.
Please be absolutely quiet after 10pm.
We have a good relationship with our neighbors and operate with their consent, so if noise occurs, the host is immediately contacted.
If a noise complaint occurs, you will be asked to leave the room without a refund.

[No parties/noise] This is a very quiet residential area, so please be quiet after 10 p.m. This is not a suitable accommodation for those who enjoy parties or excessive drinking. We operate with the consent of neighboring households, so if noise occurs, the host is immediately contacted. If a noise complaint occurs, you will be asked to leave the room without a refund. [Check-in/check-out] Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00. If you check in after 10 PM, please enter quietly so as not to disturb your neighbors. [No smoking] Please absolutely no smoking. Please stop smoking in front of the building! Please refrain from smoking inside the accommodation, at the main entrance, and in front of the house. (Cigarette smoke spreads to the first and second floors of a single-family home.) If you are caught smoking, you may be held liable for contamination of bedding/wallpaper. [Washing dishes and separate waste] Please wash the dishes and separate waste after use. - Food: Put it in a yellow volume-based waste bag and place it on the sink counter. - Cans/bottles/plastic/PET bottles/Styrofoam, etc.: Please put them in the net in the yard - Recyclable paper/vinyl: Please put them in the box under the shoe cabinet - Other general waste: Please put them in the trash can in the master bedroom. - Contaminated plastic, contaminated paper, and contaminated disposable containers (cup ramen containers) are general waste. [Contamination and damage] If contamination/damage occurs while using the accommodation, please be sure to contact us via message. Any contamination/damage discovered after check-out will incur compensation costs without agreement.
