* House Rules - Please note that additional costs may apply if wallpaper, flooring, furniture, or other facilities in the property are damaged. - When checking out or going out, please turn off the air conditioning, heating and electronic devices. - Please separate waste and wash dishes before checking out. - Do not cook or store foods with strong odors such as meat, fish, durian, etc. in the refrigerator. - Available according to the number of people paying. - The accommodation is located in a residential area, so if a complaint is made due to loud noise, you will be kicked out immediately (parties are absolutely prohibited, and if caught, you will be kicked out immediately). - Please use the room quietly after 10 p.m. and before 8 a.m. to avoid noise complaints. - Please refrain from smoking in the accommodation. - In Korea, shoes are not worn inside the house, so please take them off. - Pets are not allowed. - Dyeing is prohibited. - Smoking is absolutely prohibited in the accommodation (※ This is a non-smoking accommodation, so if you smoke, a fine of 100,000 won + cleaning fee will be charged) - If you leave the front door open, please close it tightly to prevent insects from entering. - Dropping wet tissues or food in the toilet is prohibited, and vomiting in the sink is strictly prohibited. If a problem occurs due to this, repair fees may be charged. - Do not force open or damage locked cabinets. - Please note that access to the veranda is permitted when using the dryer, but use is not permitted for other purposes."

We are delighted to have you at BoraJ House.

Our home is conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from Boramae Station (Exit 2) and about a 3-minute walk from Sindaebang Samgeori Station. Airport buses 6017 and 6019 are also nearby, making travel to and from the airport easy and hassle-free. Yeouido Hangang Park is just 20 minutes away by subway, offering a quick getaway to nature and relaxation.

You’ll find a washing machine and dryer available for your use—perfect for longer stays or freshening up your clothes anytime. A 24-hour convenience store is located right in front of the building for anything you might need at any time.

Please note that parking is not available at the property.
