Our accommodation is located in a residential area, so you may be sensitive to surrounding noise, so please understand that we only accept reservations for a certain number of people. 1. Parking is not allowed (everyone please use the parking app!), and smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. 2. Please keep the room clean. Damage, contamination and/or loss of building or household items will be subject to a corresponding fee. 3. Pets are not allowed. 4. Please do not engage in illegal activities in the guest room. 5. When entering or leaving the accommodation, please be quiet in common areas such as hallways. Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited. Please be careful. Please keep your room clean. Depending on the noise complaint, you may report it to the police, and if a complaint or report is received, you may be asked to leave the room without a refund. 6. Please be quiet after 9pm. (Please turn the TV and music volume down to 15 degrees Celsius after 9 o'clock!) 7. When leaving, be sure to lock the door and turn off the air conditioner, lights, and other home appliances. 8.
