This is a 2x4 wooden house that is about 15 years old. It is hidden between three other houses on a hill, and you can see farmland and the sea in the distance. It is about 25 pyeong, including a large room, a small room, a toilet/bathroom, a living room, and a kitchen, and there is a parking lot, a parking garage, an outdoor deck, and an outdoor restroom. It has most of the facilities found in a home and uses electricity, but the shower is gas-powered and is safely installed slightly away from the house. We disinfect the area around the house once in a while, and on that day, we also help take out the trash. It may be uncomfortable for about a month from mid-June during the rainy season, and for about a month from around Chuseok during the drought period. If you need to stay during this period, we recommend consulting with your host. It's good to have a car. However, there is also a way to take bus number 102 from Jeju Airport to Mureungsajang-dong. You have to get off and walk up the hill for about 10 minutes. The bus ride takes about 1 hour and 20 minutes. Sometimes you can get there by taxi, and it can be cheaper to call a local taxi from the airport. The local taxi is 064 772 1818 Hankyung Call Taxi. This is a place where babies come too, so you cannot bring pets. It is okay to feed stray cats.
