?As the property is located in a residential area, noise complaints can occur. If the noise is too loud, the host or police can visit and be forced to leave without a refund after warning.

?Smoking is absolutely impossible inside the accommodation. Fire alarms are installed throughout the accommodation. Additional charges may be incurred if there is a problem or smell caused by indoor smoking.

?cctv and sensors are installed outside the accommodation to prevent accidents. Only reserved people can use the accommodation. Those who do not have a reservation can visit within 30 minutes. If the visit is longer than that, it will be considered a stay rather than a visit, and an additional fee will be charged.
