1. Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation. There is a fire alarm installed in each room, and the alarm may be activated due to cigarette smoke. Smoking is also prohibited because it may cause inconvenience to the next guest. If the accommodation smells of cigarette smoke after you check out, a cleaning fee of 20 will be charged. 2. No noise The building is inhabited by ordinary families. Please refrain from making loud noises, drinking, and dancing after 7 PM. 3. No cooking smelly food The kitchen is simple. Please use induction for simple cooking, and you cannot cook food with a strong smell such as meat or fish. You can use a toaster, coffee machine, and microwave. 4. Be punctual Please be punctual for check-in (15:00 pm) and check-out (11:00 am). Please inquire about early check-in, but late check-out is not allowed. 5. No pets or visitors Visitors other than the number of people reserved are not allowed. Animals are not allowed in the accommodation. 6. No hair dyeing Hair dyeing is prohibited in the accommodation. There is a concern that the bedding, wallpaper, and bathroom may be contaminated with chemicals. 7. Please be careful of the facilities and items in the accommodation. When entering and exiting, be sure to take off your shoes and wear the indoor slippers provided at the entrance. No soupy food on the bed. Severe contamination of bedding or damage to items will result in a repair fee. Interior decorations are the host's cherished items, so please do not take them with you. 8. Be sure to turn off the air conditioner and boiler when going out. 9. When checking out, please dispose of the bathroom trash bag in the general trash and dispose of food waste in the green plastic bin. Please dispose of paper and plastic in the recycling.
