Standard cancellation policy : Balance 14 days before cancellation (Balance)

Balance: Full refund (including fees) if canceled up to 14 days before check-in

If the guest cancels the reservation within 14 days before the check-in date, a full refund including all fees will be issued.
If the guest cancels the reservation more than 7 days but within 14 days before check-in, and the free cancellation period (24 hours) has already passed, 50% of the accommodation fee will be paid to the host. The service fee will be deducted from the amount paid to the host.
If the reservation is canceled after that, the host will receive 100% of the accommodation fee for the days stayed plus one additional night, and 50% of the accommodation fee for the remaining nights.

Important notes

For long-term stays of 28 nights or more, the special booking cancellation refund policy for long-term stays (Long term firm) applies instead of the host's standard refund policy.

The cleaning fee is not refundable after check-in.

The service fee is not refundable after check-in or check-in time.

When service fees are refundable, they are refunded at the same rate as defined in the accommodation refund policy.

The booking time is based on the final confirmation time, not the guest's booking request time.

The time and date applied to the refund policy are based on Korean Standard Time.

Reservation cancellations due to unavoidable reasons such as natural disasters may be eligible for refund regardless of the refund policy.

It is a small country house built in a beautiful garden of about 200 pyeong

-When inquiring about reservations, please tell us the number of people who can enter/whether they are accompanied by a pet. (Basic 2 people, maximum 4 people, maximum 1 trained pet)

*Additional people and pets will be charged an additional 10,000 won per day

-Admission is non-face-to-face

-It is absolutely non-smoking indoors. (Please note that if there are signs of indoor smoking, an additional 100,000 won will be added for cleaning.)

It's a place with a lot of trees, so please pay special attention to the danger of fire even if it's a small fire outside

-Netflix is registered ("You can use it as Lee Dam-jae's ＂ channel")

*Please note that it's hard to watch public broadcasts

-Simple cooking tools and kitchen utensils allow for light cooking indoors

However, smoking and smelly dishes such as meat or fish cannot be cooked indoors.

Electric fans and barbecue grills are available, so please use the table on the tech side. (Charcoal, firewood, and grill are available at the mart as one of the Dunnae Station.)

* When using a barbecue grill, there are many materials that are sensitive to fire around you, so make sure that the embers are completely extinguished

There is an outdoor table, so you can eat in the garden

The living room with a large window has a sofa and a TV monitor

There is Lee Dam-jae's Netflix channel, and you can't watch it on public TV

The kitchen has a dining table for six, a refrigerator, a microwave, an induction, an electric rice cooker, an air fryer, and an electric pot

It also has basic cooking utensils and tableware

There is a washing machine, shower, toilet, and dryer in the bathroom

There is a queen-sized bed, closet, and small table in the bedroom

There is a sofa bed and a small table in the attic

Reservations for accommodation are available from two nights.

The basic number of guests is 2 people and up to 4 people are allowed.

There will be an additional fee of 10,000 won per person per night for additional people

In the case of pets, up to one pet weighing less than 7kg is possible, and an additional fee of 10,000 won per day is also incurred
