There are convenience stores, restaurants, Homeplus Express, cafes, and academies in the apartment complex, so it is convenient. Busan St. Mary's Hospital and Nonghyup Hanaro Mart are 5 minutes away by car. Oryukdo Skywalk and Igidae Coastal Trail are 5 minutes away on foot, and Gwangalli is about 20 minutes away by car. There are many delicious restaurants nearby, such as Baekunpo, Yongho-dong W, and Gwangalli. There are also many things to see and eat near Pukyung University and Kyungsung University.

House Rule

The move-in process is non-face-to-face, and instructions for use will be provided upon confirmation of the contract and move-in. Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited indoors. (Complaints and damage to the house will be claimed as compensation) There is no cleaning fee, but you must clean, wash the dishes, and separate the trash when you check out. (A cleaning fee will be charged in case of violation) Since this is a short-term rental house, amenities are not provided. Acquaintances other than those contracted for may not stay.
