Thank you so much for booking our accommodation :D We will do our best to make your stay comfortable with quick responses and actions ♥ First, I will tell you some important things about using the accommodation. You must read them all! < Rules > - Check-in: After 4 PM (Early check-in 10,000 won per hour) - Check-out: Until 11 AM (Late check-out 10,000 won per hour) Early check-in and late check-out are possible up to 1 hour. (Check-in may be possible earlier than 1 hour depending on the cleaning circumstances of the accommodation, so please contact us first if you need to check in earlier than 1 hour!) * Please let us know if you are bringing a pet. If you bring a pet without prior notice, you may be asked to leave. < Parking > ▶ The building's parking lot is a residents-only parking lot and you can park there (We will provide more detailed information on parking methods on the day of check-in) ▶ There is a bus stop 100M away from the accommodation / a convenience store 10M away from the accommodation. < Accommodation Address> Ulsan Metropolitan City, Dong-gu Road name: Near 34 Bukjin 1-gil, Dong-gu, Ulsan. I will send you the detailed address, room number, and password at 2 PM!) < Notes > - No additional visitors other than those reserved - No smoking indoors (An additional 30,000 won disinfection fee will be charged for smoking indoors, and smoking is allowed outdoors on the 1st floor.) - No pets - No parties or excessive noise - Simple cooking is allowed, but fish and meat are absolutely not allowed. < Request > - Please turn off the air conditioning/heating/lighting/induction cooking when going out. - Please handle the belongings in the accommodation with care. - Never in bed! Do not spill or eat food. Compensation will be charged for bedding contamination with blood, excrement, food, cosmetics, dye, etc. Thank you for your understanding! - Please separate your trash and put it in the room. Water purifier unlimited cold and hot water, 2 cup ramen, 2 Illy capsule coffees, 2 green tea bags, snacks and refreshments, etc. The Seosa Space House provides accommodation at a reasonable cost, but you must follow the house rules to operate it in a clean condition. We ask for your cooperation. Check-in information and detailed room usage instructions will be sent to you through a message between 3 and 4 PM on the day. Please check the exact address on the day.
