Description
Located above the Ahyeon furniture complex near the filming location of Parasite, the artist's workspace is a 15-minute walk from Seoul Station. Inside the old residential area, there are signs of self-reflection. The entire building is mostly elderly and frail, and they are nice people. In particular, the elderly and elderly on the second floor are generous and give out snacks from time to time.

Our accommodation is somewhat sloping. If you have a lot of luggage and it's heavy, one way is to take a taxi. It's not flat in the picture. Please note that taxis can reach your doorstep. Especially, the road in front of your house is small. If you have 1 car +check-in evening or night + both up and down can be difficult to enter. If you let me know your arrival time as much as possible, I will help you with the latest situation :)
There is plenty of lighting and sunlight, so you can get pleasant sunshine from early in the morning. Thanks to the bright sunlight, you can easily put on makeup without turning on the LED light switch :)

The residential area is located on Ahyeon Furniture Street and is characterized by good ventilation and sunlight. Nearby, various restaurants, coin laundry, convenience stores, and cafes can be used on foot.
It consists of one living room, three bedrooms, one bathroom, and one kitchen.
As you can see in the picture, it is clean by replacing the water purifier, hot water, and cold water filters. You can drink water without buying bottled water at the supermarket. The water purifier provides convenient air conditioning and cooking at home.
