Although it is a semi-basement, it is comfortable because it places great importance on humidity and cleanliness management. [Location and surrounding information] * Seolleung Station (Suin Bundang Line, Line 9) Exit 1: 6 minutes on foot * Eonju Station (Line 9) Exit 4: 13 minutes on foot * Starbucks: 5 minutes on foot (1 minute on foot to a nearby private cafe) * Convenience store (CU): 1 minute on foot Parking is difficult around the accommodation. Please use the nearby public parking lot. ⭐️Information on check-in and check-out⭐️ * Check-in 16:00 / Check-out 11:00 * Early check-in / late check-out is not possible. Please understand as it is for the next guest. ♟️All bedding is replaced after washing/drying. (Check-in 3 PM / Check-out 11 AM) - Additional charges apply if check-out time is exceeded * Meat that smells hard to get rid of, Grilled fish and oily dishes are not allowed. * Absolutely no smoking indoors. - If smoking is found, a penalty fee and special cleaning fee will be charged. * Pets are not allowed. * No additional people other than the number of people reserved. - Even simple visits are not allowed, and those caught will be asked to leave. * The use of open flames, including candles, is prohibited due to the risk of fire. * Since this is a residential area, please keep quiet between 10 PM and 8 AM. - If a complaint is made due to excessive noise, you will be asked to leave. * Please separate your trash and we will take care of it. - Separate recycling bins and trash cans are provided in the kitchen, and a food waste bin is provided under the sink. * Wehome is a place where many guests stay. Please keep it clean for the next guest.

? Precautions for using the accommodation? 0️⃣ Boiler: Do not arbitrarily adjust the set temperature. 1️⃣ Parking: Parking is not allowed inside the building. Even if there are empty spaces, parking is difficult, so please use the 'Everyone's Parking Lot' app or a nearby public parking lot. 2️⃣ CCTV: CCTV is installed at the entrance for occupancy check and safety. If non-reserved occupants are confirmed, an additional fee of 50,000 won per person will be charged. 3️⃣ Cooking restrictions: Pork belly with a lot of oil and fish dishes with a strong smell are prohibited. 4️⃣ Cleaning up when checking out: Please wash the dishes and separate your trash when checking out. ⚠️An additional cleaning fee of 50,000 won will be charged depending on the severity of items 3 and 4. 5️⃣ Use of indoor shoes: Please use the indoor shoes placed in the shoe rack only indoors. A fee of 10,000 won will be charged for outdoor use. 6️⃣ Smoking: Smoking is prohibited indoors. If caught, a fine of 100,000 won and additional costs may be incurred. 7️⃣ Damage to items: If items are damaged, actual expenses may be charged. 8️⃣ No use of storage units: Do not open storage units with locks. ✨The check-in password will be sent 3 hours before check-in.

  • If the guest cancels within 48 hours of the reservation request and there are more than 14 days until check-in, they can receive a full refund.

Long term Firm (28 nights or more): Full refund (including fees) if canceled at least 30 days before check-in

-It will apply to all stays of 28 days or longer and overrides your standard cancellation policy for those stays. To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-If a guest cancels after that, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights spent, plus 30 additional nights.
-If fewer than 30 days remain on the reservation when the guest cancels, you’ll be paid 100% for all of those remaining nights.
