House Rule
1. For safety reasons, smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and outdoors (around the building) and on the rooftop. We are also not responsible for accidents caused by drinking or carelessness in any space. 2. After 10 PM, please be mindful of loud noises such as singing in the outdoor rooftop area. The guest is responsible for any complaints from the surrounding area due to the above. 3. Parking is available for up to 1 vehicle. (Parking lot right next to the building) Please use the nearby public parking lot when parking additional vehicles. (Paid) 4. Please refrain from making excessive noise late at night. There are residential areas nearby. 5. Please notify us in advance if you are having an event or party.
