House rules

- Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is strictly prohibited in the building (including the yard). (Compensation will be requested if the fire alarm is activated.) If smoking is discovered in the building, you will be forced to leave immediately and charged for damage recovery costs (KRW 200,000). CCTV is in operation in the yard for safety. Please never smoke in the yard. Please use the ashtray at the entrance to the alley for smoking. - Please take off your shoes inside the accommodation and use indoor slippers only indoors. - It is okay indoors, but please observe the manner time after 11 PM when using the outdoors. (No loud noises) You may be asked to leave if there are complaints about loud noises. - Pets are not allowed. - Dyeing and oils are not allowed. - Please only flush toilet paper in the toilet. - For a pleasant space, oily or smelly foods cannot be cooked. (Meat, fish) - Food cannot be eaten on the bed. Be careful not to get cosmetics, oil, etc. on the bedding. (You may be charged for irreparable contamination.) - Please wash the dishes and separate the trash in the room. (Please do not throw food in the toilet or drain.) - Parking is available for one vehicle in front of the building. (Please contact us if you will be coming with more than one vehicle.) - (In winter) Please set the boiler to going out when going out. (In summer) Please turn off the air conditioner when going out. - Damage or serious contamination of all furniture, bedding, wallpaper, carpets, etc. in the accommodation will be subject to compensation. - Please be informed that CCTV is in operation outside the accommodation for security and safety. If the number of guests exceeds the number of reservations (no visits), you may be forced to leave.
