Moderate: Full refund (including fees) if canceled at least 5 days before check-in

If you cancel from 5 days before check-in to just before check-in, 50% of the accommodation fee will be paid to the host.
If the cancellation occurs between 5 days and 1 day before check-in, 50% of the accommodation fee will be paid to the host. The service fee corresponding to the amount paid to the host will be deducted from the refund.
If they cancel after that, the host will be paid for each night they stay, plus 1 additional night, plus 50% for all unspent nights.

Important Notes

For long-term stays of 28 nights or more, the Long Term Firm cancellation policy applies instead of the standard refund policy set by the host.

The cleaning fee is refundable only if the reservation is canceled before check-in.

The service fee is refundable only for cancellations made before the check-in time or check-in.

If service fees are refundable, they will be refunded according to the percentage set by the cancellation policy.

The booking time is based on the final confirmation time, not the guest's booking request time.

The time and date applied to the cancellation policy are based on Korean Standard Time.

A reservation cancellation due to unavoidable reasons such as natural disasters may be eligible for a refund regardless of the refund policy.

Terms and Conditions:-
1) Please take care of your lovely children in the house. We also think kids safety is important.

2) All guest must agree to the following rules whereby any unacceptable activity and damaging of property goods will not have their security deposits returned. I.e.: Parties, mass gatherings, and illegal tenants.

3) Electricity usage is included in rental. Please switch off all electrical items, air-con and lights when you go out. Be Eco-friendly to the environment.

4) Housekeeping. The house will be cleaned to quality standards prior to your arrival and after your departure. You will be responsible for the cleaning of your unit during your stay and for leaving the unit in good condition at check-out. Additional cleaning fees might be charged if cleanness is unacceptable.

5) Check-out before 10:00am & Check-in after 15:00pm.

6) All guests must show passport / IC and registered themselves at host.

7) The unit is a non-smoking area apart from a separate smoking zone. Smoking only at garden or rooftop.

8) Pets are not allowed.

숙소 이용 규칙
1) 숙소에서 아이들이 안전하게 지낼 수 있도록 지켜봐 주세요.
2) 모든 게스트들은 파티, 집을 엉망으로 흐트러 놓으시면 안되어요.
3) 전기 이용료는 포함되지만 지구 환경 보호차원에서 사용하지 않는 스위치는 뽑아주시고 외출시 등과 에어콘 히터를 꺼 주세요.
4) 최초 입실시 상태로 집을 돌려주세요. 집을 사용하는 동안 책임감있게 정리해주시고 퇴실시 위생상태가 지켜지지 않으면 별도의 청소비를 부과할 수 있어요
5) 퇴실은 10시 입실은 3시 이후 가능합니다.
6) 미성년자 입실 금지에요
7) 집전체실내 금연구역이에요(쿨럭) 흡연시 옥상이나 정원, 바깥 길을 이용해 주세요. 흡연 후 꽁초도 별도의 장소에 모아주시기 바랍니다.
8) 애완동물은 입실되지 않아요
