■ Precautions and Guidance ■
- Only 1st floor for 2 people
(From more than three people, both the 1st and 2nd floors are provided)
- It is a house with no elevator, and the second floor uses the outside stairs

- Don't dye your hair
- No admission of overbooked personnel (check CCTV and claim future amount)
- Avoid excessive drinking and noise (partying, etc.)

- Additional cleaning costs may be charged for cooking food that is difficult to clean (such as fried food)
House Rule
- Up to 2 people can use only the 1st floor. (If you add more people, you can use the 1st and 2nd floors.)

＊Food with strong odors such as fish and meat cannot be cooked or consumed indoors.
＊Please wash the dishes and separate the trash after use.
＊Please refrain from making loud noises for the sake of the neighbors.
＊If there is a noise complaint, you will be asked to vacate the room without a refund. (We operate with the consent of the neighbors, so the host will be contacted immediately in case of noise.)
＊You are responsible for compensating the amount for contamination or damage to bedding/furniture/carpets, etc.
＊Pets are not allowed.
＊CCTV is installed at the outside entrance outside the accommodation. Only the number of people who have made a reservation can use it.
＊If there are visitors, you must consult in advance and an additional fee (15,000 won per person) may be incurred.

친구들과 1박을 위해 예약했는데 1호선 대방역 인근이라 접근성이 좋았어요. 3인 이용이라서 1층과 2층 모두 이용 가능했는데 1층 침대가 넓어서 1층에서 다 함께 잤어요. ㅎㅎ 1층에 침대 하나, 2층에 침대 둘이었는데 침대 사이즈가 넓직넓직해서 2명씩 자도 충분할 것 같았습니다. 커피머신도 있었지만 아침에 정신 없어서 먹지를 못했네용. 답장도 매우 빠르셔서 좋았어요~
처음에는 대방역 출구에서 네이버 지도를 따라 철도 가까운 골목으로 이용했는데 좁고 매우 어두워요. 이용하신다면 호스트님께서 알려주시는 길로 움직이는 걸 추천드립니다! 그쪽은 큰길에다 아파트 단지도 있고, 가로등도 있어서 비교적 안전해요. 사진으로 친절하게 안내해주셔서 숙소 찾는데 문제 없었습니다. 나중에 기회가 된다면 또 묵고 싶어요.Dec 2024 -
