1. The entire interior has been renovated, but the exterior has not. 2. Please use the duct when cooking, and simple cooking is recommended. (Please refrain from cooking fish, barbecue, and other dishes with strong smoke and odor.) 3. This is a strictly non-smoking area in the accommodation. The smoke may trigger the fire alarm. Additional fees will be charged in case of violation. 4. This is an old building, so problems may occur when using the structure or facilities. If the problem cannot be resolved, a refund is possible, but if it can be resolved, a refund is not possible. 5. We regularly perform insect and pest control and disinfection. However, if a problem still occurs, we ask for your understanding. 6. Please be sure to match the check-in and check-out times. 7. Please thoroughly dispose of and separate trash. If you want to throw away the trash inside, please contact the host. 8. You may be charged for any problems (damage, theft, malfunction) with all accommodation facilities, fixtures, and props. 9. This is a space where residents live together. Parties and loud noises are absolutely prohibited. Please make the space comfortable, as you may be asked to leave if there are complaints from neighbors.
