Enjoy healing in the city center at our ultra-close-to-the-station emotional accommodation located 41m from Exit 4 of Changsin Station in Jongno-gu. It is adjacent to the Sindang-dong tteokbokki shopping district in Jung-gu, Cheonggyejeon, Heunginjimun, Dongdaemun Design Plaza, Doota Fashion Mall, and Gwangjang Market, so you can move leisurely and enjoy various sights and foods with your family and friends. The accommodation is a small, renovated Hanok single-family house with 3 rooms, 3 bathrooms, and a main building and an annex, with a small yard between them, providing excellent convenience and living space. The main building can accommodate a family of 5 at once, and is equipped with a 6-person high-quality porcelain table and all household items. The annex is a private space for one person, and is decorated cutely, including a mother-of-pearl lacquerware mirror stand. We have newly decorated the accommodation, prepared everything as new products, and installed the highest-quality traditional Hanji lighting, making the atmosphere of the accommodation even more emotional and cozy. For guests staying long term, there are two washing machines and a large-capacity dryer, and all three bathrooms are equipped with the latest Apple bidet, making life very convenient. Grace Home is located in a residential area, so it is quiet and secluded. Pets and smoking are not allowed in the residential area, and please be mindful of noise at night. Grace Home, a renovated hanok, was built a long time ago when modern building materials and styles were added to traditional hanok, so you can experience a hanok house that was newly transformed at that time. It has recently been remodeled on a large scale, preserving the traditional stone tile style while improving the tiles of the yeonwajo to fit the modern style. The hanok door at the entrance was newly manufactured and constructed directly by a traditional Korean technician, and even the doorknob is made entirely domestically, continuing the Korean tradition.

<Accommodation Rules> Check-in 15:00 (3:00pm) Check-out 11:00 (11:00am) Early check-in & late check-out are difficult due to cleaning and accommodation maintenance. We would appreciate it if you could be considerate and keep the time for the next guest. Number of guests The basic number of guests is 4 adults and the maximum is 6. There is an additional charge of 20,000 won per additional person. Due to the nature of the renovated hanok, children are not allowed to stay alone in the independent house. (Please be careful of safety accidents.) Pets are not allowed. Request - Although it is a modern renovated hanok, it is a wooden building that is basically vulnerable to fire. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the accommodation, including the yard. Candles, incense, and other fire sources are not allowed. - You can cook simple meals using an induction stove. Due to the structure of the renovated hanok, if you cook dishes with a strong smell, such as fish or meat, the smell will permeate the building due to the structure of the house, and the next guest may be very uncomfortable. - In case of damage or loss of all furniture and facilities, a cost for restoration may be charged. - Grace Home host is not responsible for safety accidents, loss/damage of valuables due to guest negligence. - Grace Home, a renovated hanok, is located in a very quiet residential complex and is not perfectly soundproofed due to the basic hanok structure. Excessive noise may cause damage to neighbors and may cause inconvenience to guests due to complaints. Please use the facility quietly after 9 PM to avoid complaints, so that you can have a restful and beautiful trip. - CCTV is installed toward the main gate for facility safety and crime prevention. - There is no parking space due to the nature of the hanok. When using a car, please use the 'Everyone's Parking' app to find a parking space or use public transportation if possible. (41m from Exit 4 of Changsin Station) * Entry of visitors other than those reserved is restricted. * In case of damage or contamination, please be sure to notify the host. (You are responsible for compensation for damage or contamination that has not been agreed upon in advance.) * Towel change and intermediate cleaning are not provided for 2-night stays. (Towels will be prepared in advance according to the number of nights of stay.) * For stays of 3 nights or more, room cleaning is possible upon request before check-in. (Interim room cleaning takes 3-4 hours.) * The dryer can be used for reservations of 6 or more people or 2 nights or more. (A dryer is installed in the private house.)
