Seongjeong Park is within walking distance, so it is good for taking a walk, and there are many things to do, such as large marts and food alleys, so it is a simple, convenient, and comfortable accommodation. * Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation. If found, you will be forced to vacate. * If noise is reported by nearby residents after 10 PM, you will be forced to vacate. * No Wi-Fi password. Automatically available when set-top box is connected. * Induction/microwave/electric kettle available (cooking utensils/tableware/seasoning not provided) * Body wash/hand wash/shampoo/treatment provided (toothpaste/toothbrush not provided.) * Basic bedding includes a topper mattress + topper + comforter set washed daily with high-temperature steam (additional charges may apply, and a laundry fee may be charged depending on the degree of bedding contamination). * Damage costs will be charged for damage to property within the accommodation. * If you bring a dog, silicone poop mat/tableware/deodorant/pet wipes are provided. * If you have any other questions, please send us a message and we will respond promptly. ✔️Our accommodation motto is to reasonably accommodate many families at a low price and reduce the amount spent on cleaning costs, so instead of beds, we use toppers and mattresses to prevent contamination by dust or foreign substances remaining between beds. However, if you are visiting as a family or a long-term guest, please inquire and we will provide disposable tableware and somewhat insufficient cooking utensils.
