Located just 5 minutes from the subway and airport bus stops, you can easily access the Sinlim Line, Line 2, and the airport.

!! Please Read Carefully !! Rules and Policies
1. Noise Control after 10 PM: Our home is in a residential area. Complaints due to noise after 10 PM will result in immediate check-out without refund.
2. No Shoes Indoors: Please remove your shoes indoors. If shoe marks are found, additional cleaning fees may be charged. (Indoor slippers provided)
3. Non-smoking Property: Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited. A penalty of 200,000 KRW will be charged if smoking is detected.
4. Pet-Friendly: Pets are allowed, but we do not provide pet supplies. Any damage (e.g., wallpaper scratches or leftover waste) will incur additional cleaning fees.
5. Guest Limit: Please adhere to the number of guests listed in your booking. Extra charges will apply for additional guests.
6. No Strong-Smelling Cooking: Avoid cooking foods like meat or fish to ensure a pleasant experience for the next guests.
7. Damage Policy: Any damage, contamination, or loss of appliances, bedding, curtains, or property items will result in additional charges. Please notify us immediately of any damages. (We document the condition of the property after every cleaning with photos and videos.)
8. Cancellation Policy: Follows the platform’s policy.
9. Check-out Requirements: Please separate recyclables (general waste, paper, vinyl/plastic/bottles/cans, food waste) and clean any used dishes. Failure to do so will result in additional cleaning fees.
10. CCTV Installed: For safety, CCTV is installed on each floor. You can stay with peace of mind.
11. Laundry Services: If you need laundry or drying services, please message us, and we will assist you.
12. No Parking Available: Please use the Sinlim-dong 3rd Public Parking Lot, located 1 minute away on foot.

방 두개가 있는 숙소를 찾고 있던 중에 굉장히 아늑해보이고 구비되어있는 물품들도 많아서 선택하게 되었어요! 실제로 이용해보니 사진대로였고 구석구석 신경 많이 써서 꾸미신 흔적들이 보이고..보통 여행댕길때 클렌징물품들 들고 다니기 귀찮은데 클렌징오일,클렌징폼도 구비되어있어서 이게 되게 편했어요..수건도 침구도 굉장히 뽀송뽀송해서 기분 좋게 묵을수 있었어요!! 게다가 리모컨으로 방 전등도 누워서 원격으로 껐다 켰다 할수 있었던 것도 편했고....에어비앤비도 이용 많이 해보고 했지만 이렇게 구비가 잘 되어있는 곳이 드문데 신경 많이 쓰신게 구석구석 보여서 너무 감사하게 잘 묵다 갔어요.. 주변에 추천하고 담에 또 이용할 의향도 있습니다!

요즘 감성으로 즐기기 좋은 숙소였어요! 큰방에는 티비가 있고 작은 방에는 빔프로젝터가 있어서 보고싶은 미디어가 달라도 나눠서 볼 수 있어서 즐기기 더 좋았고 트리도 이쁘구 체크인 전에 조명을 다 켜두셔서 들어가자마자 너무 이뻐서 좋았어요,,,😚😚 조리도구랑 간단한 조미료들도 있었고 배달 시킬곳도 많아서 최고였습니다🙌 변기물 버튼 누르면 자동으로 내려가서 레버 안눌러도 돼서 좋더라구요ㅋㅋㅋ 화장실이 좁기는 했으나 사용하는 데에는 문제 없었습니다 가격도 좋아서 다음에 또 이용할 거 같아요~~~아 들어가는 길에 곰발바닥이 귀여웠어욯ㅎㅎ
