Our accommodation is located 10 minutes walk from Wolgok Station on Line 6 and 15 minutes walk from Korea University Station.

The accommodation is located on the first floor of the residential area for a comfortable and comfortable rest.

It is an emotional accommodation that can accommodate up to four people.
There are two air conditioners, one living room and one bedroom.

There are refrigerator, induction, cooking utensils, tableware, electric pot, basic seasoning, and coffee machine.

Full repair and remodeling provides a comfortable and clean space.
Basic manicures are provided (shampoo, body wash, rinse)

It is composed emotionally with one queen-sized bed, one sidechair, and various frames.

[Dining room]
We have a beam project.
Dining rooms are organized for four people.
A Christmas tree is decorated.

●Please turn off the boiler when you check out, and please press the go-out button for 3 seconds when you check out.
●You can wash the dishes and put them on the dish dryer.
●Sort general waste into the trash bin, food waste into the food waste bag, and recycling into the recycling box after washing.
●In the dormitory, food that smells a lot, such as meat, fish, and cheonggukjang, cannot be cooked. It is not possible to cook spicy fish stew.
(Please be considerate for the next guest.)
●Pets are not allowed to enter.
●All spaces in the room are non-smoking.
b (Please use the outdoor area for smoking, and throw the saury into the ashtray after smoking outdoors. You will be charged 200,000 won for smoking indoors.)
●We would like to inform you that in the event of civil complaints from neighboring households due to noise, you can be discharged without a refund.
●Please take off your shoes and use indoor shoes. An additional cleaning fee of 100,000 won will be charged for contamination of the floor in the hotel.
●In case of damage, loss, and contamination of furniture and items in the accommodation, additional charges may be incurred, so please use all items carefully.

Cancellation Policy: Flexible

Standard cancellation policy : Flexible: Full refund (including fees) if canceled at least 1 day before check-in

  • Guests can cancel one day before check-in for a full refund, and the host won’t be paid.
  • If they cancel after that, the host will be paid for each night they stay, plus 1 additional night.
Important Notes
For long-term stays of 28 nights or more, the Long Term Firm cancellation policy applies instead of the standard refund policy set by the host.
The cleaning fee is refundable only if the reservation is canceled before check-in.
The service fee is refundable only for cancellations made before the check-in time or check-in.
If service fees are refundable, they will be refunded according to the percentage set by the cancellation policy.
The booking time is based on the final confirmation time, not the guest's booking request time.
The time and date applied to the cancellation policy are based on Korean Standard Time.
A reservation cancellation due to unavoidable reasons such as natural disasters may be eligible for a refund regardless of the refund policy.

Cancellation Policy: Long Term Firm

Long term Firm (28 nights or more): Full refund (including fees) if canceled at least 30 days before check-in

-It will apply to all stays of 28 days or longer and overrides your standard cancellation policy for those stays. To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-If a guest cancels after that, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights spent, plus 30 additional nights.
-If fewer than 30 days remain on the reservation when the guest cancels, you’ll be paid 100% for all of those remaining nights.
