Dangerous materials and prohibited items 1) Inflammable volatile substances, items with strong odors, and items that violate domestic laws (such as drugs and firearms) are prohibited from being brought into the accommodation. 2) If you are in possession of prohibited items, you may be held responsible for any financial loss or damage that may occur to the accommodation. 2. Damage to accommodation property and prohibited items 1) It is prohibited to use the room for purposes other than lodging without the permission of the accommodation. 2) The accommodation property and equipment may not be used or taken out for purposes other than their original purpose. 3) The accommodation will charge actual expenses for damage or loss of accommodation facilities or equipment caused by the customer's mistake. 4) The accommodation is not responsible for accidents caused by the customer's negligence. 5) Smoking of all types of tobacco products, including electronic cigarettes, is prohibited in the accommodation. 3. Long term Firm (28 nights or more): Full refund (including fees) if canceled at least 30 days before check-in

-It will apply to all stays of 28 days or longer and overrides your standard cancellation policy for those stays. To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-If a guest cancels after that, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights spent, plus 30 additional nights.
-If fewer than 30 days remain on the reservation when the guest cancels, you’ll be paid 100% for all of those remaining nights.
