Moderate: Full refund (including fees) if canceled up to 5 days before check-in

If a guest cancels the reservation within 5 days of the check-in date, they can receive a full refund including fees.
If a guest cancels between 5 days and 1 day before check-in, 50% of the accommodation fee will be paid to the host. The service fee corresponding to the accommodation fee paid to the host will be deducted and refunded.
If they cancel after that, the host will receive the full payment for the nights already stayed plus one night, and 50% of the payment for the remaining nights.
Service fees are non-refundable on or after check-in.

Important notes

For long-term stays of 28 nights or more, the special booking cancellation refund policy for long-term stays (Long term firm) applies instead of the host's standard refund policy.

The cleaning fee is not refundable after check-in.

The service fee is not refundable after check-in or check-in time.

When service fees are refundable, they are refunded at the same rate as defined in the accommodation refund policy.

The booking time is based on the final confirmation time, not the guest's booking request time.

The time and date applied to the refund policy are based on Korean Standard Time.

Reservation cancellations due to unavoidable reasons such as natural disasters may be eligible for refund regardless of the refund policy.
