Hello! I'm host Bly.

It's Bongbong Stay, which gives you a comfortable rest in your busy daily life.
You can enjoy a cozy and comfortable rest with plenty of space for up to eight people, sensuous interiors, hotel-class bedding and luxury facilities.

In addition, you can enjoy a variety of OTT and movies, including YouTube and Netflix, by installing a beam project along with a second-floor bathroom in a detached attic with a double-story structure.

You have to walk up the alley slope 15 minutes from Gaebong Station to arrive at Bongbong Stay, so you need a little strong legs and physical strength.
Take a breather for a while and you'll enjoy a great view from the rooftop.

>Gocheok I'Park Shopping Mall/Costco (10 minutes by car/ 20 minutes by bus)
>It is easy to access Jongno, Hongdae, Gwanghwamun, and Yeouido because it is close to other major transportation centers.

~Reservation for 8 people: 1st floor + 2nd floor whole room - 3 queen beds + topper (queen size)
(We charge 20,000 won per person for accommodation if non-reservation personnel stay.)

Hotel-style towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, hand wash, hair tie, cotton swab
(Disposable toothbrushes are not provided for the environment.)

House Rule

· It's a very quiet residential area. Please refrain from making noise for your neighbors after 9 p.m
Please. I'm so sorry, but if you receive a noise complaint, you will be discharged.
· 9 p.m. to 8 a.m. is manners time.
· Make sure to close the front door when entering so that the noise in the room does not harm the neighbors.
· Pets cannot be accompanied.
· Visitors including accommodation other than the number of reservations are absolutely not allowed.
If a person other than a reservation stays, we charge 20,000 won for one person.
· Please do not smoke (including e-cigarettes) in the accommodation. You will be charged 100,000 won for smoking and will be checked out.
· Cooking indoors is simple. For the next guest, the food that smells a lot
Please avoid it (grilled fish, pork belly, skate, etc.).
· Washing machines and vacuum cleaners are not available until [after 9 p.m. to 8 a.m.] due to noise generation.
· Dyeing and oil are not available when using the bathroom.
· No commercial use filming is possible in this space.
· Prohibits food intake in bed.

Moderate: Full refund (including fees) if canceled at least 5 days before check-in

  • If you cancel from 5 days before check-in to just before check-in, 50% of the accommodation fee will be paid to the host.
  • If the cancellation occurs between 5 days and 1 day before check-in, 50% of the accommodation fee will be paid to the host. The service fee corresponding to the amount paid to the host will be deducted from the refund.

-It will apply to all stays of 28 days or longer and overrides your standard cancellation policy for those stays. To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-If a guest cancels after that, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights spent, plus 30 additional nights.
-If fewer than 30 days remain on the reservation when the guest cancels, you’ll be paid 100% for all of those remaining nights.
