(1) Heating Settings: Please maintain the boiler at 22ยฐC and hot water at 45ยฐC. Press the "์ธ์ถ-Away" button when leaving everytime to save energy.
(2) Parking: On-site parking is unavailable. We recommend using nearby public parking (Hangundong 1st Public Parking Lot, 5-minute walk) or the Modu Parking app.
(3) Cooking Restrictions: Please avoid cooking dishes with strong odors or excessive oil splattering (e.g., grilled pork belly, spicy soups).
*Additional cleaning fees may apply.
(4) CCTV & Security: CCTV is installed at the outside of the entrance. Only registered guests are allowed access.
*KRW 50,000 fee per unregistered guest).
(5) No Pets or Smoking: No pets or smoking allowed inside *violations will incur a โฉ100,000 fine.
(6) Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM - 8:00 AM (residential area rule).
(7) Check-out: Check-out by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is available at โฉ10,000 per hour, subject to availability.
(8) Clean-Up:

(9) Stairs: The accommodation is located on the semi-basement floor, requiring guests to go down a few steps. Those with mobility issues should take note. However, large windows, two air purifiers, and meticulous interior design ensure a bright and comfortable atmosphere, maintaining the space in optimal condition.
