● Parking is not allowed in front of the accommodation, so we recommend walking, but if you wish to park, you can use the nearby public parking lot. (Jayang 4-dong public parking lot is a 5-minute walk away) ● This is a residential space shared by many neighbors. Please be especially mindful of noise so as not to inconvenience your neighbors, and please refrain from excessive drinking and partying as this may cause complaints. ● Only simple cooking is allowed. Barbecues, fish dishes, and shellfish dishes are not allowed. (Please be considerate of the next guest.) ● All areas, including e-cigarettes, are non-smoking. If you wish to smoke, you must go outside the building. (If caught, a fine of 100,000 won will be charged.) ● If you are caught listing a false number of guests, a fine of 100,000 won per person will be charged. (Ex: Register for 3 people but 4-5 people use the accommodation.) ● Be careful not to get food and cosmetics on bedding or rugs. If they do not come off even after washing, separate compensation costs may be incurred. ● Since we prepare blankets, towels, etc. according to the number of guests, please check the total number of guests, including infants and toddlers, once again. (Visitors are also included in the number of people in the reservation.) ● Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. ● Please take off your shoes at the entrance and come inside. Korean culture involves taking off your shoes and living. ※ This accommodation is officially registered as a foreign tourist city homestay.
