Additional special cleaning fees will be charged if you smoke. : Candles and firecrackers are also prohibited for safety and to prevent complaints. We have prepared mood lights and LED candles as alternatives for a romantic atmosphere, so please understand. ✔️ Polaroid cameras are prohibited from being taken outside. Please use them only inside our Kitsch Seoul Stay. ✔️No pets: Pets are not allowed. ✔️Boiler use: Please set the boiler temperature to 18 degrees when going out. The optimal indoor temperature is 21-22 degrees. Additional management fees may be charged if excessive heating costs occur. ✔️Quiet time: Please have quiet time from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please be mindful of noise and music volume. ✔️Bedding and towel management: Be careful not to stain bed sheets, pillow covers, towels, etc. If you break or damage something, be sure to let us know and prepare for replacement or repair. If it does not disappear even after washing, a separate compensation fee may be charged. ✔️ Outside visitors: We do not accept outside visitors or additional guests without prior approval. ✔️ Removing shoes: Please take off your shoes before entering the building. Disposable slippers are provided, so please wear them^^ ✔️ Early check-in / late check-out requires a reservation at least 2 days in advance due to a set cleaning schedule. (If you let us know in advance, we will inform you after coordinating the cleaning schedule and situation. There is an additional charge per hour.) ✔️ Reservation changes can be made if requested at least 7 days before check-in, and can only be made on the same schedule. The amount may fluctuate depending on the date. ✔️ Parking Parking is not available, and you can use a nearby public parking lot.
