[Reservation Information] 1. This is a short-term rental space where you can stay for a month or two, and sanitary products, seasonings, etc. provided by accommodations subject to the Sanitation Act are not provided. 2. Personal care products such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, and body products, and living services such as cleaning, laundry, and product replacement after check-in are not provided. -Not included: Toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, body products, and other personal care products, toilet paper, towels, foot towels, etc. **For one-week stays, 10 towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash (Aromatica products) are rented. The rental fee is included in the accommodation fee. 3. It is located in Beophwan-dong, the southernmost part of Seogwipo, Jeju, and faces south, so it is sunny and warm. It is located on the corner of the 3rd floor of the apartment, so you can see the ocean in front and Mt. Halla in the back. 4. There is one designated parking space per household. You will receive a text message with parking space information on the day of check-in. 5. It is close to Olle Course 7, so you can walk to the beach (within 10 minutes on foot) and it is good for a walk along the coast. 6. Located in Seogwipo's new downtown area, it has good infrastructure such as E-Mart (SSG area), Starbucks, library, movie theater, cafe, and delicious restaurants. 7. Within 5 minutes on foot from Beophwan Elementary School [Guide to Use] 1. Playa Verde is a short-term rental space, so a short-term rental contract is required. The electronic contract sent after completing the reservation requires the signature of the person making the reservation, and the final reservation is completed after submitting the electronic contract. 2. It is suitable for two to four people, and furniture and fixtures are provided for a standard occupancy of four. Guests are allowed to visit, but no additional bedding or mats are provided if the standard occupancy is exceeded. 3. Separate deposit (refunded after check-out) (The deposit is received by bank transfer.) - Less than 14 nights: 200,000 won - 14 nights or more: 300,000 won **If personal waste is not disposed of, a cleaning fee of 50,000 won will be deducted from the deposit. **Please use it carefully as you are responsible for compensation in case of damage, destruction, or contamination of the facility. In case of compensation liability, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the deposit and refunded. 4. Management fee (management fee, water, gas, electricity, internet) - All utility bills are included in the management fee. - Additional management fee may be requested if the included items are excessively used. - 49,000 won/week (may exceed heating costs in winter) - Water, gas (LPG), and electricity meters provided at check-in/out 5. Delonghi coffee bean grinder, drip coffee extractor provided (coffee beans not provided) **Note** 1. Smoking is not allowed in all areas of the accommodation, including the bathroom in the guest room. In case of violation, you will be immediately asked to leave and a cleaning fee will be charged. 2. If any property is damaged or contaminated while using the accommodation, please notify the host immediately. Any damage, contamination, or loss that is not agreed upon after check-out will incur compensation costs. 3. Pets are not allowed. 4. Depending on the location or structure of the house, special attention from children and guardians is required, and thorough management by guardians is required for safety reasons. You are responsible for safety accidents caused by personal negligence. 5. When using a Samsung dryer, empty the water tank frequently and remove dust from the dust filter before using. 6. When removing the dust bin of a Samsung cordless vacuum cleaner, make sure it fits properly into the mouth so that it does not break. If you force it in, it will break. Compensation costs will be incurred in the event of damage. 7. Be sure to use a pot holder as hot pots on tables and stools may discolor. 8. Do not sit on the side table in bedroom 2 as it is not a chair. It may break. 9. Please be careful of noise between floors in an apartment complex. Please refrain from making loud noises until late at night so as not to disturb your neighbors. 10. Food waste must be thrown away directly at the recycling help center (within a 5-minute walk) using a bus card T-money. 11. T-money is charged for your convenience, but cannot be used for anything other than throwing away food waste. 12. Please make sure to put the black plastic bag provided in the food waste bin when using it. (There is a plastic bag disposal area right next to it after you use the food waste bin.) 13. Recyclable waste must be thrown away directly at the Recycling Help Center. (The Recycling Help Center accepts separate disposal regardless of the day of the week.) 14. Please throw away your personal waste yourself before leaving. If trash is found, a cleaning fee of 50,000 won will be deducted from your deposit. 15. Please make sure to throw away toilet paper in the trash can (to prevent the unfortunate event of a clogged toilet). A flushing fan is provided, and you must resolve the issue yourself.
