宿泊施設では靴を脱いでください。この宿泊施設は完全禁煙です。喫煙の際、特別清掃費+翌日予約不可の補償まで50万ウォンが請求されます。喫煙は宿泊施設外でお願いします。この宿泊施設は住宅街に位置しますので、10時以降にはマナータイムをお願いします。騒々しいパーティーは住宅街の特性上難しいのでご了承ください。ごみ分別回収はヤード分別収集台に、ごみごみは食物ごみ箱に分けてお願いします。宿泊施設内の物品破損/盗難時に100％変傷してください。例: インテリア家具小物、床や壁紙の破損、洗濯で消されない寝具類汚染（血、食品、化粧品など） 寝具類は毎回高温洗濯乾燥後に交換します。お出かけの際は灯り消灯・戸締りを徹底してください！内部盗難事故発生時の賠償はできません。退室時の暖房、エアコン、ボイラー、ガスコンロ、扇風機、電灯はぜひ消してください！
