Advantages
- Independent and no worries about noise between floors
- There are 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, and a large dining table
Large families can use it, and hot water comes out well
- The washing machine, dryer, large refrigerator, water purifier, etc. were good
- There are board games and jungle gyms that children like
Disadvantages
- It's a 3rd floor, like a 4th floor with no elevator and narrow stairs
- There was no underfloor heating in freezing weather, so I slept in the cold weather on the first day of check-in
- It's dry because it's heated only by a heater
- There were a lot of closets, but there wasn't a single hanger

I think the shortcomings will be resolved to some extent if there is an electric yaw or humidifier

It was cozy and comfortable, and the kids had fun playing in the jungle gym. Also, there was a washing machine and dryer, so it was nice to be able to do laundry right away. It was great to recycle too!

The property boasts ample space and is conveniently located close to the market in a back alley. It is an attractive place that children will love, and the cleanliness of the accommodation is also satisfactory. However, if you are on the third floor and do not have an elevator, it can be a bit difficult to move your luggage for older people or if you are carrying a child. Despite these small inconveniences, the experience at the accommodation is positive and provides an excellent stay.
