I was really happy with my time at this accommodation. The proximity to the beach allowed me to enjoy the cool sea at any time, and the clean and cozy interior made me feel at home. The host was very friendly and quick to respond, so I was able to get immediate help with any questions I had. There are many delicious restaurants and nice cafes around the accommodation, so exploring food was fun. I would like to stay here every time I come to Busan again in the future.

Location:
It is a 5 to 7 minute walk in any direction from Gwangalli Beach, and there is also a convenience store near the accommodation, so it is convenient to check in and out and enter the accommodation. I took a taxi, but it's close to the subway station, so it would be more comfortable if you walked.

Space:
It is the same as the accommodation photo, and there is no significant difference in space or facilities. The beds are spaciously placed in each room, so conditions for comfortable sleep are met. Also, there was an electric blanket under the bed sheets, so I was able to get a very warm and comfortable sleep for a type like me who often gets cold. Towels and toilet paper were placed more generously to suit the number of people in the bathroom, and the shower water intensity and toilet flush worked well without feeling stuffy. The hot water came out quickly without much waiting time, so there was no major delay. A dressing table is placed right in front of the bathroom, and cotton cotton, hair ties, and cotton swabs are spread out, and combs, curling irons, hair dryers, etc. are provided, making it convenient for skincare and preparation for going out right after showering.

Noise:
I haven't personally checked how much indoor sound comes from outdoors, but I don't think there will be any major noise issues if we just talk in a quiet tone without making a lot of noise even late at night. During my stay, I couldn't hear the outside sounds, except for the car alarm, and the conversations of passers-by. So it seems that there was no external noise that greatly disturbed the sleep.

Communication:
The person in charge's guidance was detailed and friendly, and if you had any questions, I think it was a smooth communication because they checked quickly and told me.

Next time I visit Busan again, I hope to see you follow the rules even better and finish more neatly! I thought it was an accommodation that showed a lot of consideration for the people staying there, and I was very grateful. Happy New Year in advance!

What was good?
1. Locations
: As soon as you leave the accommodation, turn your head and you can see the Gwangalli Sea between the buildings. The sea between the buildings is romantic in itself
: 10-minute walk anywhere, located between restaurants, cafes, famous bakeries, and convenience stores
: It's close to the station, so you can easily get there by subway

2. Cleanliness
: The scent that comes as soon as I enter the accommodation... So so so so so good
: There was no mold anywhere in the sink, bathroom, etc., and it was shiny and glaring
: No hair or dust, including bedding and sofa!

3.Accommodation conditions
: Even though it was built, the two rooms were spacious enough to repeat the words, I want to live here, and it was well-decorated, so it was fun to look around. Thanks to the large table size in the living room, it was nice to be able to buy various things, spread them out, and eat comfortably. Beds are also provided in each room. The large room seemed to be queen size and was spacious enough for two people! The bedding is soft and sensitive to bed, but I got a deep sleep

4.Washing machine, dryer, drying rack
: I like exercise, so I always add exercise to my travel itinerary, and it was nice to be able to wash and dry wet sportswear right away. Detergent and Downey fabric softener are also provided. It would be great to come visit the beach in the summer

5.Delicacy
: The main purpose of the trip was to make a pilgrimage, and it was useful as it was equipped with wraps and vinyl. Is this your first time seeing a disposable toothbrush in a non-hotel accommodation?? Multi-charger, dryer, curling iron, etc. Boss... I suspect you are a perfectionist

Disappointing point

1. There is no elevator, so you have to take the stairs, but it's okay because you only have to go up one floor

2.Soundproofing
: The location is an advantage and a disadvantage. The sound of a car or a boiler in a small room? An unknown sound was heard continuously. Still, the advantages are greater, so I would like to visit again

This accommodation was booked for a Chuseok trip with my family
To get to the point, I am 100% satisfied.
The interior was all prepared in a new style, and I really liked the soft bed, blankets, pillows, cute props, and the clean interior owner's sensible preparation.
After making the reservation, the owner explained the accommodation in detail one by one and responded kindly, making it a very satisfying trip.
Gwangalli Beach is just 1 minute away, and there are 7 convenience stores nearby, making it geographically good.
However, it is not a place where people are noisy, so I was able to enjoy it quietly when I was at the accommodation.
Parking is also available, so it was very nice to get in by car.
If I go on a trip to Busan next time, I 100% intend to visit again.
