We provide ample bedding so that even a large number of people can sleep comfortably, and the host makes check-in and check-out easy with quick communication. There are convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, so you can easily get the supplies you need for daily life. The location is good as it is close to Seowon Station near the accommodation and has easy access to many amenities.

While I was looking to gather with my college friends to celebrate the end of the year, I made a reservation because the price was relatively cheap and it looked clean, but it was spacious and clean beyond my expectations, so I stayed very comfortably!!! I could feel that the owner decorated it with great care haha. There were 6 people staying and they were all satisfied with the accommodation!! And I happened to sleep in a bed in a small room with 4 people, and it was more comfortable than I expected haha. The bed was that comfortable and nice! Also, the bathroom was very clean and there were plenty of towels and disposable products, so I used it without any inconvenience! This is an accommodation I want to use again next time:)

I went to a year-end party with 5 friends and the accommodation was the cleanest I've ever stayed in!
I felt that the host took care of it.
For example, even though it was a old building, the bathroom was remodeled and it was really clean. In this Airbnb-type accommodation, a scrubber is used until it wears out, and it is provided for single use.
Towels were provided in abundance, and disposable amenities were provided, making it a truly satisfying accommodation experience.
There are a lot of places that are difficult for 5 people to go to. This place has a total of 3 beds + sofa bed? One is enough for 5 people, and 6 people can sleep comfortably in bed haha
The table was great for leisurely eating or playing, and I was satisfied with the pretty props for taking pictures!

It was always difficult to find a party room like this in Seoul because there were so many people gathering, but I was able to stay in a good place at a reasonable price.
There were many amenities such as amenities, and the accommodation was clean. The interior was cute too, so it was nice to take pictures
