This place is exactly as advertised and the host was very helpful and quick to respond. Close to surrounding transportation and other amenities, it is a very clean and comfortable space. All the essentials are well-stocked, making you feel at home, a projector in one room and a big LG TV in the other so you can watch Netflix. The property seems to have been recently renovated and is clean and spacious. The host was very attentive, and despite the many questions, they were all helpful. This property is definitely recommended for budget travelers or those traveling alone.

The location is up a rather steep hill. For transportation, there are bus stops within a 3-minute walk (within 10 minutes depending on the destination) and Oryu-dong Station within a 15-minute walk. The interior of the accommodation is very clean and the bathroom is very clean without any odor. Above all, the structure of the rooms and the condition of the beds in each room were very good. There was a big screen TV and beam in the room, so I could lie down and watch a movie while relaxing. There was a faint scent of flowers in the accommodation. The scent was placed everywhere, showing a sense of sense. My family stayed here for two weeks, and excluding the time we went up the hill when we first looked for accommodation, later staying up and down the hill wasn't considered a big problem. There was a market and market nearby, so it was nice to go for a walk every day in the evening. When I entered the accommodation, there was a nearby market with a map on the table and a notice from the market for reference. When I had any questions or needed help, I was grateful for the very prompt response and I had a comfortable time. Next time I go to Korea with my family, I plan to use it again.

The accommodation was so clean and nice! I could see that the owner was concerned about cleanliness and interior haha. There were three beds, but the mattresses were all different, so each person chose a comfortable mattress and laid down. The two beds in the large room were so large that they didn't feel uncomfortable sleeping together! And the owner was very kind!!!! We stayed with 4 people and everyone was satisfied~ I highly recommend this accommodation haha

The exterior looks like a house, but the interior of the accommodation was very clean and nice. The bed was very soft and it was nice to use hotel blankets. The bathroom was spacious, clean, and well-ventilated, so I was comfortable even though I stayed for a few days. There were two locks on the front door and the main gate, so I was able to rest with peace of mind. There was only a convenience store and a small cafe nearby, and there was no place to hang out. I stayed at the accommodation, so there was no inconvenience.
