This property is a great choice for the price. Better than a private room in a hostel: comfortable, clean and quiet. There are many very hip restaurants and cafes in this neighborhood for young people. There are very few tourists, so if it's your first day in Seoul you may have a hard time finding a restaurant without an English sign, but I was in Seoul for a few days before checking in here so I had no problem finding what I was looking for. Also, if you like to run, the riverside promenade is 10 minutes away. The host, David, is a really nice guy. The environment is very peaceful and good. I highly recommend this accommodation.

It was okay because it was cheap compared to the surrounding market price. But while I was sleeping in the morning, a male employee opened the door and came in. The host apologized for the part-time worker's mistake, but he was very displeased because the door burst open while he was sleeping well.

This is a cost-effective accommodation. The building itself is old, but it seemed like the host paid attention to cleaning. Although the bathroom was small and narrow, it wasn't bad overall. The location of the accommodation was also good as it was not far from the station.

This is a great place to stay for the price! Pros 1. Close to the station - Haengdang Station (7 minutes), Wangsimni Station (10 minutes) 2. Clean room - Only one hair comes out, and nothing else! Women lose a lot of hair, but I only saw two hairs in this room~ - I went to spread out the blanket, but it was a little damp at the end of the blanket because they had washed it~ There was a mat under the desk, and it was a little dirty. There was something that got stepped on, but other than that, it was clean~ 3. Close to convenience store - There was a GS25 unmanned convenience store less than a minute away from the convenience store to buy water. - In addition to the convenience store, there was a restaurant, Vertex, and a snack shop within 10 minutes. 4. Security - Password when entering the room and password when entering the room! It was nice that there was another lock after entering the room to prevent outsiders from entering the room. 5. The host's response was very fast and listened to my requests well. - I got lost at 11 o'clock and contacted them, and they explained it well~ - Before I went home, I asked if they could give me two towels, and they gladly prepared two for me, and if I needed more, they prepared the ones in the living room for me to use comfortably! 6. Warmth of the hot water mat - The host said 37 degrees was good, but I was a little cold, so I set it to 42 degrees and slept. It was really warm and comfortable~ Cons 1. Bathroom - It wasn't cleaned properly, so there was something around the toilet. If other people are going to use the bathroom, wipe it before you go!! - The toilet is not level, so it rattles when you sit down. - The bathroom is not well ventilated, so there was a little mold. The bathroom is a little narrow. - The shower hose seems to need to be replaced. It looks a little broken. Conclusion: If you say that the bathroom and bathroom are more important than the room, I think it would be better to look for other accommodations. I had a great night's stay! Even considering the small shared bathroom and the fact that it's a bit noisy, it was more than worth the price. It's actually closer to Haengdang Station than Wangsimni Station, and although it's located in a residential area away from the downtown area, there's a convenience store right in front. The condition of the room itself isn't that great, but it seems like they keep the bedding and other items clean. Personally, I'd like to come back again when I go to do something alone. Please stay for a long time :)

There was nothing inconvenient except the bathroom was small, and the room was really clean and comfortable. I was a bit worried about the noise before going, but it was quieter than I thought and I slept well. The owner kindly told me everything before I checked in, so I didn't have to ask anything separately. It was really nice to be able to stay cheaply in such a satisfactory accommodation.
